摘 要:重整C_(10)^(+)重芳烃组成复杂、质量相对较差,综合利用难度较大。文章利用一般炼厂常规装置配置,通过简单的生产手段实现重整C_(10)^(+)重芳烃的优化利用。其中,直接作为燃料油或柴油调和组分,无法实现芳烃组分的高价值;生产高沸点芳烃溶剂和工业用C 10粗芳烃,受消费税政策影响也很难继续实现预期增效;通过浅度加氢无法实现重芳烃质量性质的改善,只有通过深度加氢并配合轻质化等工艺才能实现其价值最大化。The composition of reformed C_(10)^(+)heavy aromatics is complex,and the quality is relatively poor,making the comprehensive utilization difficult.In this paper,the optimal utilization of reformed C_(10)^(+)heavy aromatic hydrocarbons is realized by simple production optimization methods based on the conventional plant configuration in a common refinery.Among them,directly using it as fuel oil or diesel blending component fails to realize the high value of aromatic components.Producing high-boiling-point aromatic solvents and industrial C_(10)^(+)crude aromatics is also facing difficulties in achieving the expected efficiency enhancement due to the impact of consumption tax policies.Through shallow hydrogenation,it is impossible to improve the quality properties of heavy aromatics.Only through deep hydrogenation,coupled with lightening processes and other technologies,can their value be maximized.
