摘  要:雾度是评估线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)薄膜光学性能的关键指标之一,吹膜工艺条件的选择对LLDPE薄膜雾度有显著的影响。文章对LLDPE薄膜的吹膜工艺进行了研究,结果表明:在吹胀比为2.3~2.5、冷却线高度为15.2~16.8 cm、加工温度为185℃的条件下,所制备的薄膜表现出最佳的稳定性,薄膜表面光亮、平整,膜厚均匀,雾度测试结果最优。Haze is one of the key indicators for evaluating the optical properties of linear low-density polyethylene(LLDPE)films,and the selection of film blowing process conditions has a significant impact on the haze of LLDPE films.The blowing process of LLDPE film was studied.The results showed that the prepared film showed the best stability under the conditions of blowing ratio of 2.3~2.5,cooling line height of 15.2~16.8 cm and processing temperature of 185℃.The surface of the film was bright and smooth,the film thickness was uniform,and the fog test results were optimal.
