摘　　要：近几年国家对环保的要求日趋严格,规定尾气中SO_(2)质量浓度不得超过100 mg/m^(3)。作为环保装置的硫磺回收装置,处于整个炼油流程的末端,在停工时面临工期短、排放超标、吹扫难度大等问题,成为影响企业停工检修进度的关键装置。文章对2023年中海油惠州石化有限公司硫磺回收装置的停工过程进行了分析和总结,对不足之处进行探讨并提出改进措施,为今后的绿色停工奠定基础。In recent years,the national requirements for environmental protection have become increasingly strict,and the mass concentration of SO_(2)in exhaust gas shall not be greater than 100 mg/m^(3).As an environmental protection device,sulfur recovery device is the end of the whole oil refining process.It has become a key device that affects the progress of shutdown maintenance as it faces problems such as short shutdown period,easy overtemperature and excessive emission,and difficult purge during shutdown.This paper analyzes and summarizes the shutdown process of sulfur recovery unit of CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.in 2023,discusses the shortcomings and puts forward improvement measures to lay a foundation for green shutdown in the future.
