摘　　要：某炼油企业质量升级项目的中压蒸汽管线距离长,管径粗且管网复杂,吹扫打靶难度较大,成为确保新建重整芳烃联合装置蒸汽透平机组按计划试运行和后续长周期运行的关键。为此成立专项打靶小组,因地制宜地制定高效吹扫打靶方案,确保了中压蒸汽管线吹扫打靶的顺利完成,取得了良好的经济效益。The quality upgrade project of a refining enterprise involves a long distance,large diameter,and complex network of medium-pressure steam pipelines,making it difficult to blow and target,which becomes a key factor in the planned trial operation and subsequent long-term operation of the newly built reformate aromatics joint unit steam turbine unit.Therefore,a special targeting team was established to develop an efficient blowing and targeting plan tailored to the site conditions,ensuring the successful completion of the blowing and targeting of the newly built medium-pressure steam pipelines,while achieving cost savings and increased efficiency,with good economic benefits.
