摘　　要：农业政策性银行以“保本微利”的经营原则,构建并持续完善中国特色农业政策性银行运行机制,形成符合自身特点的业务运行模式,将政策性目标、市场化运作、专业化管理贯穿于履职发展和经营管理的各个部分、各个环节。The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee emphasized"building a high-standard socialist market economy".As a component of the socialist market economic system,agricultural policy banks act on national policies through market-oriented means,playing a special role in connecting a well-functioning government with an efficient market,and facing special challenges in operation and development.To this end,ADBC has established and continuously improved the operating mechanism of an agricultural policy bank with Chinese characteristics,formed a business operating model that suits its own properties,and integrated policy objectives,market-oriented operations,and professional management into every part and link of its performance of duties and business management.
