摘　　要：聚丙烯装置生产管材料PPR-P00期间出现黑斑粒,影响产品外观和性能。对挤压机参数、换网器滤渣以及黑斑粒物质分析和螺杆材质对照,得出黑斑粒产生原因为挤压机筒体树脂填充度不足导致螺杆螺套磨损进入物料。从调节进料量、节流阀开度及齿轮泵入口压力等方面提出改进建议,并在后续生产中证明了措施的有效性,成功消除黑斑粒。During the production of PPR-P00 pipe material in the polypropylene plant,black spots appeared,affecting the appearance and performance of the product.By analyzing the parameters of the extruder,filter residue from the screen changer,and comparing the black spot particles with the screw material,it was found that the cause of the black spot particles was due to insufficient resin filling in the extruder cylinder,which led to wear of the screw sleeve into the material.Suggestions for improvement were proposed in terms of adjusting the feed rate,throttle valve opening,and gear pump inlet pressure,and the effectiveness of these measures was demonstrated in subsequent production,successfully eliminating black spot particles.
