摘　　要：随着工业“煤改气”、农村“气代煤”的大力推进,以及“打赢蓝天保卫战”等诸多环保要求,LNG气化站的应用、运营、管理等受到越来越多的重视。从小型撬装LNG气化站的通用化、系列化、模块化等方面开展标准化设计,分别针对瓶组式、储罐式、槽车直供式三种类型的气化站的标准化设计进行研究,并对控制系统设计进行了探讨,旨在将定制化的小型撬装LNG气化站标准化,便于组织设计和生产,提高产品的通用性。With the vigorous promotion of industrial"coal to gas"and rural"gas to coal"conversion,as well as many environmental requirements such as"winning the blue sky defense war",the application,operation,and management of LNG gasification stations are receiving increasing attention.Standardization design is carried out from the aspects of generalization,serialization,and modularization of small-scale LNG gasification stations.Research is conducted on the standardization design of three types of gasification stations:bottle group type,tank type,and tanker direct supply type.The control system design is also discussed,aiming to standardize customized small-scale LNG gasification stations,facilitate organizational design and production,and improve product universality.
