摘  要:简介天然气液化工艺,对小型LNG生产装置天然气液化工艺的混合冷剂配置、压缩机选取、制冷工艺进行研究,从混合冷剂组成、换热效果等方面,通过能耗模拟计算详细对比分析喷油螺杆压缩机四组分混合冷剂制冷工艺和离心压缩机五组分混合冷剂制冷工艺。螺杆压缩机的四组分混合制冷工艺为目前小型LNG生产装置的主流工艺,离心式压缩机五组分混合冷剂制冷工艺技术不太成熟,设备稳定性有待进一步验证,但工艺能耗及压缩机价格相对较低,具有广泛的应用前景,为零散井小型LNG生产装置液化工艺的设计提供一定的参考。Introduce the natural gas liquefaction process,study the mixed refrigerant configuration,compressor selection,and refrigeration process of the natural gas liquefaction process for small LNG production units.From the aspects of mixed refrigerant composition and heat transfer effect,compare and analyze in detail the four component mixed refrigerant refrigeration process of the oil injection screw compressor and the five component mixed refrigerant refrigeration process of the centrifugal compressor through energy consumption simulation calculation.The four component mixed refrigeration process of screw compressors is currently the mainstream process for small LNG production units.The five component mixed refrigerant refrigeration process technology of centrifugal compressors is not yet mature,and the equipment stability needs further verification.However,the process energy consumption and compressor price are relatively low,and it has a wide range of application prospects,providing a certain reference for the design of liquefaction processes for small LNG production units in scattered wells.
