摘　　要：简介加油站危险能量辨识,对能量意外释放原因进行分析,重点介绍加油站隔离技术措施和流程,并从建立并持续完善能量隔离及挂牌锁定管理制度、强化培训、加强监管等方面对加油站能量隔离管理进行提升。某石化公司通过加油站能量隔离管理提升,加油站检维修作业的不安全、不规范行为显著降低,有效保障了成品油零售企业的安全运行,为同行业能量辨识与隔离措施管理提供一定的参考。Introduction to identifying hazardous energy at gas stations,analyzing the causes of accidental energy release,focusing on gas station isolation technology measures and processes,and improving gas station energy isolation management through establishing and continuously improving energy isolation and tag locking management systems,strengthening training,and enhancing supervision.A certain petrochemical company has improved energy isolation management at gas stations,significantly reducing unsafe and non-standard behaviors in gas station maintenance operations,effectively ensuring the safe operation of refined oil retail enterprises.This provides a certain reference for energy identification and isolation measures management in the same industry.
