摘　　要：“现代仪器分析”是食品检验检测技术、食品质量与安全专业的一门专业核心课程,也是进入企业进行岗位实习前的职业储备课程。对“现代仪器分析”教学中存在的问题进行分析,以创新培养为重点,构建了科学的“现代仪器分析”课程项目化教学创新体系。通过对课程设计创新理念、项目化教学内容创新活动设计、典型案例激趣、创新教学模式、考核方式等创新体系研究,实现了高素质现代仪器分析技术技能型人才的培养。Modern Instrumental Analysis is an important core course of Food Inspection and Testing Technology、Food Quality and Safety specialty Major,and it is also a career preparation course before entering the enterprise for job internships.This article analyzed the problems in modern instrument analysis teaching,a scientific project-based teaching innovation system for the course"Modern Instrument Analysis"has been constructed focusing on innovative cultivation.The cultivation of high-quality modern instrument analysis technology skilled talents has been achieved,research on innovative concepts in curriculum design,innovative activity design for project-based teaching content,typical cases,innovate teaching modes,assessment methods and other innovative systems.
