摘　　要：虚拟教研室是利用互联网和数字技术搭建的在线平台,旨在促进教师之间的教学交流、合作和专业发展。在虚拟教研室建设中存在技术支持不足、教师信息素养不高、未面向教师发展共同体等问题,建立教学发展共同体、教研发展共同体和科研发展共同体,实现教师个体和教师群体的共同发展,是科学构建虚拟教研室的重要途径。The Virtual Teaching and Research Center is an online platform built by using the internet and digital technology,aiming at promoting teaching communication,collaboration,and professional development among teachers.In the construction of Virtual Teaching and Research Centers,there are issues such as insufficient technical support,low information literacy among teachers,and a lack of focus on Teacher Development Community.Establishing communities for teaching,educational research,and scientific research development to achieve the common development of individual teachers and teacher groups is an important approach to scientific construction of the Virtual Teaching and Research Center.
