引调水工程贴边岔管塞焊孔设置影响分析

摘  要:贴边岔管在引调水工程中应用广泛。但由于贴边与管壁是两层结构且只有外缘通过角焊缝与管壁焊接在一起,存在角焊缝破裂后贴边与主支管管壁错动而无法共同受力的风险。针对某引调水工程,基于实体单元建立贴边岔管模型,采用ANSYS软件分析了塞焊及其不同布置方式对于贴边岔管受力与变形的影响。研究结果表明,在贴边补强板与主支管管壁间设置一圈塞焊以及改变塞焊的位置与环向个数,对于贴边岔管整体的受力和变形特征并不会产生明显影响,降低钢岔管应力集中和增加贴边补强的作用不大,因此在实际工程中贴边岔管的贴边与管壁之间不必设置塞焊孔。Hem reinforced branch pipe is widely used in water diversion projects.As the hem and the pipe wall are two layers and only the outer edge of the hem is welded to the pipe wall with fillet welding,dislocation may occur between the hem and the pipe wall when the fillet welding seam breaks and they cannot jointly bear the forces.Thus,a finite element model is established in ANSYS for the hem reinforced branch pipe in a water diversion project based on the solid element.The influences of the plug welding holes and their arrangement on the stress and deformation of the hem reinforced branch pipe are analyzed.The results show that arranging a circle of plug welding between the hem and the main pipe wall,as well as chaning the position and circumferential number of the plug welding holes,are of little impact on the overall stress and deformation of the branch pipe.It is also of little effect to reduce the stress concentration or improve the hem reinforcement.Thus,there is no need to arrange plug welding holes between the hem of the branch pipe and the main pipe wall in practice.
