摘 要:水轮发电机组因制造、安装等原因,存在着静动部件间中心配合不合理、接触面工艺处理不恰当等问题,易造成静转动部件间刮擦、温度异常升高或机组摆度超标等问题。以某水电站水轮发电机组为例,分析了机组运行过程中转动部件与静止部件间异常现象产生的原因,并提出了相应的处理措施,以供类似机组运行维护参考。Due to manufacturing or installation reasons,unreasonable center coordination and improper processing of the contact surfaces of the static and rotating components in hydro-turbine generator units may cause problems such as scratching between the static and rotating components,abnormal temperature rising,and excessive unit swinging and vibration.Taking the hydro-turbine generator units in a hydropower station as examples,possible causes of the abnormal phenomena between the static and rotating components during the operation of the units are analyzed.Treatment measures are proposed correspondingly.It can be useful reference for the operation and maintenance of similar units.
