某水电站机组瓦温测量系统改造浅析

摘　　要：针对某水电站6台发电机组瓦温数据异常问题,分析轴瓦测温系统存在的问题和导致测温系统故障的原因,提出了针对性的瓦温测量系统改造方案。该水电站6台发电机瓦温测量系统改造完成后,各测点工作正常,系统稳定,能满足现场运行人员监控机组运行状况的要求。In the six hydroelectric generation units a hydropower station,abnormal bearing bushing temperature data is observed.Possible problems in the bearing bushing temperature measurement system and the causes of these problems are analyzed.Corresponding renovation scheme is then proposed.After the renovation of the bearing bushing temperature measurement system of the units,all measuring points are working normally and stably.The requirements for on-site operators to monitor the operation status of the units are satisfied.
