摘 要:重力式金属结构闸门广泛地应用于水电站,但存在因闸门结构几何形心与重心不重合而引起的止水效果差的问题。结合工程实例,通过理论分析与现场测量计算出闸门两个中心的偏差值,然后依据现场条件提出了使两个中心重合的竖向矫正方案,有效改善闸门水封密封性。实践表明,所提方案具有较好的止水效果和可操作性,可供类似工程参考。Gravity type metal structure gates are widely used in hydropower stations.While,due to the non-coincidence of the geometric center and the gravity center of the gate structure,the water sealing performance of the gate may be unsatisfactory.Based on practical engineering cases,the deviation value of the two centers of the gate is calculated with theoretical analysis and on-site measurement.Then,vertical tile correction scheme is proposed to make the two centers coincide according to the on-site conditions to improve the water sealing performance of the gate.Practice shows that the proposed method is of good water sealing effect and operability.It can be useful reference for similar projects.
