摘  要:以某砌石拱坝为例,依据坝体几何特征及坝址地形条件,建立了该坝的三维及其拱圈二维有限元模型。通过采用“以线代孔”的灌浆模拟方法及对灌浆参数进行敏感性分析,验证了拟定灌浆方案的可行性;经分析灌浆孔周围大主应力最大值与灌浆压力间的相关关系,并设定坝体容许应力控制指标,得到正常蓄水位条件下坝体极限灌浆压力为0.50 MPa;死水位条件下坝体极限灌浆压力为0.55 MPa。该研究方法可供类似工程的加固灌浆参考。A three-dimensional finite element model of a masonry arch dam is established based on the geometric characteristics of the dam body and the topographic conditions of the dam site.Then,the feasibility of the designed reinforcement grouting scheme is verified with a simulation method of“simulating holes with lines”.Sensitivity analysis is also conducted on grouting parameters.By analyzing the correlation between the maximum principle stress around the grouting holes and the grouting pressure,and setting the allowable stress control indicators,the ultimate grouting pressure of the dam body is determined to be 0.50 MPa under the normal water level condition and 0.55 MPa under the dead water level condition.The analysis method can be useful reference for the reinforcement grouting work of similar projects.
