摘 要:气候变化和人类活动影响下黄河上游洪水特性发生了明显改变。2010年以来,黄河上游发生多次中小洪水,其中2018-2020年,黄河上游连续发生三次5~10年一遇量级洪水。通过与多年洪水特性比较,近十年洪水表现出洪水发生时间偏早、过程历时明显偏长、刘兰区间无控区暴雨洪水突发性强及洪峰明显变大等新特点,对黄河上游中小洪水防洪调度提出了更高要求。The flood characteristics in the upper reaches of the Yellow River have undergone significant changes under the influence of climate change and human activities.Since 2010,there have been multiple small to medium size floods in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.Among them,three consecutive floods occurred with return period of 5 to 10 years from 2018 to 2020.Compared with the multi-year flood characteristics,the floods in the past decade show some new characteristics,such as earlier flood occurrence time,longer process duration,stronger rainstorm flood outburst in the uncontrolled area between Liujiaxia and Lanzhou,and larger flood peak,which pose higher requirements for flood control and regulation of small to medium size floods in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.
