摘 要:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是常见的慢性气道疾病,患病率高,疾病负担重。随着宏基因检测技术的应用,发现肺部含有低生物量的菌群,肠道菌群和肺部菌群通过“肺-肠轴”存在潜在的联系,共同参与COPD的发展。与健康人群对比,COPD患者的肺部、肠道菌群组成和功能异常。基于COPD和肺部-肠道菌群的相互作用,通过干预肺部-肠道菌群防治COPD成为一个新的治疗方向。该文将概述COPD肺部-肠道菌群的分布特点,COPD和肺部-肠道菌群互相影响的作用机制研究进展,为COPD临床诊疗与研究提供新思路。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common chronic airway disease with high prevalence and heavy disease burden.With the application of metagenome detection technology,it has been found that the lungs contain low-biomass microbiota,and gut microbiota and lung microbiota have a potential connection through the“gut-lung axis”,and jointly participate in the development of COPD.Compared with healthy individuals,COPD patients have abnormal composition and function of lung microbiota and gut microbiota.Based on COPD and gut-lung microbiota interactions,the prevention and treatment of COPD by intervening the gut-lung microbiota have become a new therapeutic direction.In this paper,the distribution characteristics of gut-lung microbiota in COPD patients and the research progress of the mechanism of COPD and gut-lung microbiota interactions are summarized,providing new ideas for clinical diagnosis,treatment and research of COPD.
