摘 要:借鉴欧洲体育科技创新平台EPSI的经验,探讨我国体育科技创新平台建设与发展的必要性与可行性。采用文献资料法、个案分析法等分析EPSI平台发展背景、特点及意义,分析理论模型,为我国体育科技创新发展提供启示。研究建议,参考“四重螺旋理论”搭建体育科技创新平台,形成体育科技创新生态系统;积极培育多样化体育科技创新主体,激发市场活力;着眼体育科技创新行业需求,深度联结体育用户。This paper draws on the experience of the European Platform of Sports Innovation(EPSI)to explore the necessity and feasibility of the construction and development of sports science and technology innovation platforms in China.The methods of literature review and case analysis are adopted to analyze the development background,characteristics and significance of the EPSI platform,and to analyze the theoretical model,so as to provide inspiration for the development of sports science and technology innovation in China.The research suggests that with reference to the"Quadruple Helix Theory",a sports science and technology innovation platform should be built to form an ecosystem of sports science and technology innovation;diverse sports science and technology innovation entities be actively cultivated to stimulate market vitality;and the industry needs of sports science and technology innovation be focused on to deeply connect with sports users.
