体育赋能乡村振兴破解“三农”问题的理论逻辑、现实困境与突破路径

摘　　要：在国家全面推进乡村振兴战略大背景下,体育被赋予了重要使命,体育赋能乡村振兴,对于破解“三农”问题具有关键意义。研究认为,体育赋能乡村振兴破解“三农”问题的理论逻辑包括:产业共建,激发农业发展新动能;文化共享,点亮农民新家园;治理共治,构建农村治理新格局。现实困境主要是乡村体育资源匮乏,桎梏农业现代化的进程;乡村体育人才短缺,掣肘农民增收之路;产业滞后,束缚农村经济腾飞等困境。为实现体育的有效赋能及“三农”的破解之路需要做好顶层设计,优化农业生产模式,借体育智慧激活农业创新动力;强化人才培育,弥合农村体育人才短板,拓宽农民增收之渠道;推动产业升级,突破体育产业滞后困境,助力农村经济腾飞,实现乡村全面振兴和国家现代化建设的宏伟目标。In the context of the national comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy,sports have been given an important mission,and sports empowering rural revitalization is of key significance in solving the“three rural issues”.According to the research,the theoretical logic of sports empowering rural revitalization to solve the“three rural issues”includes:industrial co-construction to stimulate new momentum for agricultural development;cultural sharing to light up new homes for farmers;and governance co-management to build a new pattern of rural governance.The dilemmas mainly include:lack of sports resources in rural areas fetters the process of agricultural modernization;the shortage of sports talents in rural areas hampers the way of increasing farmers'income;industry lag bounds rural economic take-off.In order to achieve the effective empowerment of sports for rural development,it is necessary to do a good job of top-level design,optimize the agricultural production mode,activate the agricultural innovation power through sports wisdom;strengthen the cultivation of talents to bridge the short board of the rural sports talents;broaden the channels of farmers'income,promote industrial upgrading and break through the plight of the sports industry lagging behind,and help the rural economy to take off.
