现代化管理理念下的医院医疗器械维修管理策略

摘　　要：目的探讨现代化管理理念下的医院医疗器械维修管理策略对提高医疗器械维修管理质量的应用效果。方法通过建立完善的医疗器械管理制度、制定全面的医疗器械维修计划、积极更新医疗器械的维修技术、多途径提高技术人员综合素养从而实施现代管理理念下医疗器械维修管理策略。结果自2024年1月实施现代管理理念下医疗器械维修管理策略以来,全年维护成本比为1.27%,比目标值(2%)降低36.5%;大型医用设备开机率95.83%,比目标值(95%)提升0.01%;特种设备从业人员持证上岗率100%,达到目标值。结论现代化管理理念下的医院医疗器械维修管理策略可以规范医疗器械的管理流程、合理安排维修工作、提高维修效率和质量以及维修人员的专业能力和团队合作能力。Objective To explore the management strategies for medical equipment maintenance in hospitals under the concept of modern management,in order to improve the quality of medical equipment maintenance management.Methods By establishing a sound medical device management system,developing a comprehensive medical device maintenance plan,actively updating the maintenance technology of medical devices,and improving the comprehensive literacy of technical personnel through multiple channels,the modern management concept of medical device maintenance management strategy can be implemented.Results Since the implementation of medical device maintenance management strategies under modern management concepts,the maintenance cost ratio for the whole year of 2024 was 1.27%,a decrease of 36.5%from the target value of 2%;The startup rate of large medical equipment was 95.83%,which was 0.01%higher than the target value of 95%;The certification rate for special equipment practitioners was 100%,reaching the target value.Conclusion The maintenance management strategy of hospital medical equipment under the concept of modern management can standardize the management process of medical equipment,arrange maintenance work reasonably,improve maintenance efficiency and quality,as well as professional and teamwork abilities.
