精益管理模式在中药房管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨精益管理模式在中药房管理中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年12月医院中药房的中药处方100张作为研究对象,根据管理模式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组50张。对照组采用传统管理模式,观察组采用精益管理模式。比较两组的处方调配效果、患者就诊至取药时间、患者满意度。结果观察组处方调配差错率低于对照组,处方复核差错率低于对照组,就诊至取药时间短于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精益管理模式应用于中药房管理中,有利于降低处方调配差错率、缩短取药时间、提升患者满意度,可保障患者用药安全。Objective To explore the information age,the operation management of TCM pharmacy needs to be more scientific and standardized.Methods This study collected the problems existing in the current management process of TCM pharmacy,introduced lean management model,analyzed the management of TCM pharmacy from three aspects:Prescriptionmanagement,drug distribution and service attitude,compared the management situation of TCM pharmacy in the control group and the observation group,and evaluated the improvement effect by quantitative criteria.Results In theobservation group,the prescription dispensing error rate decreased,prescription review error rate decreased,the time from medical treatment to drug collection shortened,and patient satisfaction increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lean management mode in TCM pharmacy is of great significance in improving the operation quality of the department,ensuring the drug safety of patients and enhancing patient satisfaction.
