摘  要:使用Gleeble-3500热力模拟试验机研究了10CrNi5MoV钢在两相区的力学行为。结果表明:在相同温度条件下,10CrNi5MoV钢的屈服强度和流变应力值随着应变速率的升高而升高;在相同应变速率条件下,10CrNi5MoV钢的屈服强度和流变应力值随着温度的升高而降低,且其降低的幅度与温度和相组成有关。根据试验结果建立了10CrNi5MoV钢在两相区的Johnson-Cook(J-C)本构模型,并对温度影响系数进行修正。修正后的J-C本构模型有效地降低了原始J-C本构模型的平均相对误差,对10CrNi5MoV钢两相区的力学行为具有更好的拟合效果。The mechanical behavior of 10CrNi5MoV steel in the two-phase region has been investigated using the gleeble-3500 thermal simulation tester.It is concluded that the yield strength and rheological stress of 10CrNi5MoV steel increase with the increase of strain rate when the test temperature is certain,and decrease with the rise of temperature when the strain rate is certain,and that the degree of decrease is related to the temperature and phase composition.According to the experimental results,the Johnson-Cook(J-C)constitutive model of 10CrNi5MoV steel in the two-phase region is established,and the influence coefficient of temperature is corrected,which effectively reduces the average relative error of the original J-C constitutive model.The corrected J-C constitutive model has a better fitting effect on the mechanical behavior of 10CrNi5MoV steel in the two-phase region.
