摘 要:为了更好地评估城市内涝洪水灾害,探讨了基于水动力学模型的城市内涝洪水模拟方法及基于GIS技术的三维场景构建技术。通过将SWMM与OpenFOAM耦合,提出了一种城市洪涝数值模拟模型,用于定量模拟洪水过程,获得了城市内涝洪水在不同时间点的流速、水深和流量网格数据。在城市地形和建筑实景模型方面,提出了一种三维洪水场景构建方法,弥补了传统二维场景模型仅具有单一水平面高程信息的不足。以随州市张家坂桥渠排水区为研究区,分析了不同重现期暴雨情况下的城市洪涝模拟效果。结果表明,经过实测降雨验证,模型在研究区域内表现出较高的精度;同时,三维洪水场景能够准确反映城市洪涝过程的状态,可为评估城市内涝洪水灾害及城市防洪排涝能力建设提供技术支持。To better assess urban flooding disasters,this study explores a hydrodynamic modeling approach and a three-dimensional scene construction technique based on GIS technology for simulating urban flooding.By coupling SWMM with Open-FOAM,a numerical simulation model for urban flood was developed to quantitatively simulate flood processes and obtain grid data of flow velocity,water depth,and discharge at different time points.Regarding urban terrain and building scene models,a method for constructing three-dimensional flood scenario was developed to overcome the limitations of traditional two-dimensional models that only provide single horizontal elevation information.Using the Zhangjiabangqiao Drainage Area in Suizhou City,Hubei Prov-ince,China,as a case study,the effectiveness of the urban flood simulation under different return period rainstorms was analyzed.Results indicate that the model exhibits high accuracy in the study area validated by measured rainfall data.Furthermore,three-dimensional flood scene construction accurately reflects the status of urban flood processes,thereby providing technical support for assessing urban flooding disasters and improving urban flood control and drainage capacity.
