摘　　要：我国国有企业拥有大量的公务用车,公务用车管理普遍受到社会各界的关注。近年来国有企业公务用车制度改革工作正在不断推进和落实,在降本增效和提升管理效率方面取得了一定的成效,但是也暴露出一些弊端。本文针对国企公务用车管理展开探究,简述了国企公务用车和生产用车之间的差异性,并针对国企公务用车存在的问题提出优化措施,力争让公务用车发挥出更大的公共效用。China's state-owned enterprises have a large number of official vehicles,and the management of official vehicles has generally attracted the attention of all sectors of society.In recent years,the reform of the official car system of state-owned enterprises is constantly advancing and implementing,and certain results have been achieved in reducing costs and increasing efficiency and improving management efficiency,but some shortcomings have also been exposed.This paper explores the management of official vehicles of state-owned enterprises,briefly describes the differences between official vehicles used by state-owned enterprises and production vehicles,and proposes optimization measures for the existing problems of official vehicles of state-owned enterprises,so as to make official vehicles play a greater public utility.
