摘 要:随着汽车工业的发展,发动机缸体机加工的质量控制要求也不断提高。但在复杂的加工环境下,传统的质量追溯与控制手段,难以满足高质量要求,存在信息孤岛、数据不连贯、溯源效率不高等问题。本文提出了“双溯源-双闭环”的发动机缸体机加工质量基于智能制造的体系。通过设计缸体机加工的质量追溯系统,实现了从原材料到成品的全过程追溯,并通过流程闭环和质量闭环相结合,构建了加工参数和工艺流程实时调整的双闭环控制体系,从而提高了质量控制的精准性。结合实际应用案例,验证了该系统在改进缸体加工质量和提高生产效率方面的有效性和可行性,以期为提高缸体加工的质量控制水平和生产效率提供参考。With the development of the automobile industry,the quality control requirements of engine block machining are also increasing.However,in the complex processing environment,the traditional quality traceability and control methods are difficult to meet the high-quality requirements,and there are problems such as information islands,incoherent data,and low traceability efficiency.This paper proposes a system based on intelligent manufacturing based on the machining quality of engine block of"double traceability-double closed-loop".Through the design of the quality traceability system of cylinder block machining,the whole process traceability from raw materials to finished products is realized,and through the combination of process closed-loop and quality closed-loop,a double closed-loop control system of real-time adjustment of processing parameters and process flow is constructed,so as to improve the accuracy of quality control.Combined with the actual application cases,the effectiveness and feasibility of the system in improving the processing quality and production efficiency of the cylinder block are verified,in order to provide a reference for improving the quality control level and production efficiency of cylinder block processing.
