摘 要:管式车桥作为现代汽车底盘重要组成部分,其设计和性能直接关系到车辆的安全性、稳定性和舒适性。随着汽车工业快速发展,传统车桥结构逐渐暴露出重量大、刚性不足和承载力有限等缺陷,采用新型管式车桥结构成为一种有效的解决方案。本文将围绕管式车桥的压装过程,采用有限元法重点分析其力学性能,探讨不同工况下承载能力,通过一系列的研究,为管式车桥的设计与优化提供理论基础与实用指导。As an important part of modern automobile chassis,the design and performance of tubular axle are directly related to the safety,stability and comfort of the vehicle.With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the traditional axle structure has gradually exposed the defects of large weight,insufficient rigidity and limited bearing capacity,and the use of new tubular axle structure has become an effective solution.In this paper,we will focus on the press-fitting process of tubular axles,use the finite element method to analyze their mechanical properties,discuss the bearing capacity under different working conditions,and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the design and optimization of tubular axles through a series of studies.
