摘  要:当下,智能纯电动汽车越来越受到消费者的关注,智能化功能的增加和普及必然会一定程度增加成本,在低速碰撞损伤下如何有效避开雷达等关键位置,对降低低速碰撞维修成本具有重要的意义。本文选取市场主流的10款纯智能纯电动车型基于CCRT 2021版修订版测评规程开展低速碰撞试验,找出碰撞后零部件形变量大、缺陷值高的零部件,分析碰撞后损坏零部件维修经济性性能的好坏,对碰撞后的车辆维修成本进行统计。结合车辆特点,兼顾车辆耐撞性和轻量化的性能,基于NSGA-II智能优化算法,从低速碰撞维修经济性维度对车辆设计提出普适性建议。At present,intelligent pure electric vehicles are attracting more and more attention from consumers,and the increase and popularization of intelligent functions will inevitably increase the cost to a certain extent.How to effectively avoid key positions such as radar under low-speed collision damage is of great significance to reduce the maintenance cost of high-speed collision.In this paper,10 mainstream pure intelligent pure electric vehicle models in the market are selected to carry out low-speed crash tests based on the CCRT 2021 revised evaluation procedures,to find out the parts with large deformation and high defect value after collision,analyze the economic performance of damaged parts after collision,and calculate the maintenance cost of vehicles after collision.Combined with the characteristics of the vehicle,taking into account the crashworthiness and lightweight performance of the vehicle,based on the NSGA-II intelligent optimization algorithm,the general suggestions for the vehicle design are put forward from the dimension of low-speed collision maintenance economy.
