摘　　要：目的:探讨氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏在重度膝关节骨性关节炎患者人工膝关节置换术后的应用效果。方法:将2022年12月—2023年12月于黔西南州人民医院行人工膝关节置换术的100例重度膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组50例,术后给予常规镇痛药物与康复训练常规管理;研究组50例,术后在对照组基础上使用氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏。比较两组疼痛情况。结果:术前,两组膝关节功能评分表(KSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、3、7、14、21 d,两组KSS评分升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、3、7、14、21 d,两组VAS评分降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏在重度膝关节骨性关节炎患者人工膝关节置换术后的应用效果良好,可缓解膝关节疼痛,对患者膝关节早期功能康复有促进作用。Objective:To explore the application effect of flurbiprofen cataplasms in patients with severe knee osteoarthritis after total knee arthroplasty.Methods:A total of 100 patients with severe knee osteoarthritis who underwent total knee arthroplasty in Qianxinan People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The 50 patients in the control group received conventional analgesic drugs and conventional management of rehabilitation training after surgery.The 50 patients in the study group received flurbiprofen cataplasms on the basis of the control group after surgery.The pain conditions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Knee Society Scoring System(KSS)between the two groups(P>0.05).On 1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d and 21 d after surgery,the KSS scores in the two groups increased,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).On 1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d and 21 d after surgery,the VAS scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flurbiprofen cataplasms in patients with severe knee osteoarthritis after total knee arthroplasty has good application effects,and can relieve knee joint pain and promote the early functional rehabilitation of knee joint.
