CO_(2)激光术联合胸腺五肽治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析CO_(2)激光术联合胸腺五肽治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年12月扬中市人民医院收治的70例尖锐湿疣患者进行研究,以随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。对照组采用CO_(2)激光术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用胸腺五肽治疗。对比两组复发率、免疫功能、炎性反应指标[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)]水平、生活质量。结果:治疗后1个月,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3、6个月,研究组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)水平提高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-13、IL-6、hs-CRP、PCT水平下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组生理机能、生理职能、身体疼痛、一般健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CO_(2)激光术联合胸腺五肽治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果良好,能够降低复发率,提高患者免疫功能,减轻炎性反应,改善生活质量。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of CO_(2) laser combined with thymopentin in treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods:A total of 70 patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted to People's Hospital of Yangzhong City from September 2022 to December 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into two groups by using random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CO_(2) laser,and the study group was treated with thymopentin on the basis of the control group.The recurrence rate,immune function,inflammatory reaction indexes[hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-13(IL-13),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)]levels and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups at 1 month after treatment(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group at 3 and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD8^(+),CD4^(+)and CD3^(+)in the two groups increased,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-13,IL-6,hs-CRP and PCT in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the scores of physiological function,physiological functioning,physical pain,general health,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health in the two groups increased,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CO_(2) laser combined with thymopentin has good clinical effect in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum,and can reduce the recurrence rate,improve the immune function of patients,relieve inflammatory reactions and improve the quality of life.
