强脉冲光联合解毒痤疮丸治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析强脉冲光联合解毒痤疮丸治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年12月盐城市盐都区疾病预防控中心收治的72例中重度痤疮患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分组,每组36例。常规组应用强脉冲光治疗,试验组在常规组基础上应用解毒痤疮丸治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、症状评分、不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组炎性丘疹、脓疱、结节囊肿、红斑评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组炎性丘疹、脓疱、结节囊肿、红斑评分降低,且试验组低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:强脉冲光联合解毒痤疮丸治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果显著,能够有效控制疾病症状,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of intense pulsed light combined with Jiedu Acne Pill in treating moderate and severe acne.Methods:A total of 72 patients with moderate and severe acne admitted to Yancheng City Yandu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into groups by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with intense pulsed light,and the experimental group was treated with Jiedu Acne Pill on the basis of the conventional group.The therapeutic effects,symptom scores and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of inflammatory papules,pustules,nodular cysts and erythema between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of inflammatory papules,pustules,nodular cysts and erythema in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Intensive pulsed light combined with Jiedu Acne Pill has significant clinical effect in treating moderate and severe acne,and can effectively control disease symptoms,and will not increase adverse reactions.
