摘　　要：自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)是一种由自身免疫介导的慢性肝脏疾病,病程长,严重危害患者健康。徐春军教授在AIH治疗方面有着独到的见解和方法,该文总结其论治AIH的临床经验,深入剖析病因病机,明确治疗思路,运用中医整体观念和辨证论治原则,制定以疏肝养肝、调肝健脾为主的治则治法,取得了明显效果。Autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)is an autoimmune-mediated chronic liver disease with a long course,which seriously compromises the health of patients.Professor Xu Chunjun has unique views and methods on the treatment of AIH.This article summarizes the clinical experience in treating AIH,deeply analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis,identifies the treatment ideas,and formulates the treatment principles and treatment methods of soothing the liver,nourishing the liver,regulating the liver and strengthening the spleen by using the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the principle of syndrome differentiation treatment,which achieves remarkable effects.
