牛建昭教授应用调周序贯法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床经验探讨

摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征是临床常见妇科疾病,以月经不规律、持续性无排卵、高雄激素血症、胰岛素抵抗为重要特征,发病与遗传、内分泌失调和炎性反应等因素紧密相关。中医学将多囊卵巢综合征归属于“月经后期”“闭经”“不孕”等范畴,病机包括肾虚、脾虚、肝郁、痰湿与血瘀等。调周序贯法即根据患者月经周期中不同时期的卵泡变化周期性用药。牛建昭教授从事临床多年,灵活运用调周序贯法治疗多囊卵巢综合征,取得显著成效。该文结合具体案例介绍牛建昭教授应用调周序贯法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床经验,以期为该病的临床治疗拓宽思路。Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common gynecological disease in clinical setting,which is mainly characterized by ir⁃regular menstruation,persistent anovulation,hyperandrogenemia and insulin resistance.The onset of this disease is closely related to factors such as genetic factors,endocrine disorders and inflammatory responses.In the field of traditional Chinese medicine,polycystic ovary syndrome is classified as"retarded menstruation","amenorrhea","infertility"and other scope.The pathogenesis includes kidney deficiency,spleen deficiency,liver depression,phlegm dampness and blood stasis.The menstrual cycle regulation sequential method refers to periodical medication according to the ovarian follicle changes at different stages of the patient's men⁃strual cycle.Professor Niu Jianzhao has been engaged in clinical practice for many years and has achieved significant results in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome by flexibly using the menstrual cycle regulation sequential method.This article com⁃bines specific cases to introduce Professor Niu Jianzhao's clinical experience in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome using men⁃strual cycle regulation sequential method,aiming to broaden the clinical treatment ideas for this disease.
