摘　　要：目的:分析黄连正胆汤加减在冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰郁互结证)合并焦虑状态患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2024年3—5月就诊于长春市中医院的冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰郁互结证)合并焦虑状态患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,治疗组采用黄连正胆汤加减治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、心理状态、临床效果。结果:治疗后,两组中医证候积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:黄连正胆汤加减在冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰郁互结证)合并焦虑状态患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,缓解负面情绪。Objective:To analyze the application effect of modified Huanglian Zhengdan Decoction in patients with coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(intermingled phlegm and depression syndrome)complicated with anxiety state.Methods:Sixty patients with coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(intermingled phlegm and depression syndrome)complicated with anxiety state who were admitted to Changchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2024 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a treatment group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)using a random number table.The control group was treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with modified Huanglian Zhengdan Decoction.TCM syndrome scores,mental state and clinical effect were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Modified Huanglian Zhengdan Decoction has significant application effects in patients with coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(intermingled phlegm and depression syndrome)complicated with anxiety state,and can ameliorate clinical symptoms of patients and relieve negative emotions.
