胃癌患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶、糖类抗原50、糖类抗原242及糖类抗原724表达情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析胃癌患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、糖类抗原50(CA50)、糖类抗原242(CA242)及糖类抗原724(CA724)表达情况。方法:选取2021年5月—2024年5月东台市中医院收治的胃癌患者92例作为观察组,选取同期健康体检者92例作为对照组。检测研究对象NSE、CA50、CA242、CA724水平,比较两组及观察组不同分期患者各指标水平。结果:观察组NSE、CA50、CA242、CA724水平均高于对照组(P<0.001)。Ⅳ期患者NSE、CA50、CA242、CA724水平高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者,Ⅲ期患者NSE、CA50、CA242、CA724水平高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者,Ⅱ期患者NSE、CA50、CA242、CA724水平高于Ⅰ期患者(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌患者NSE、CA50、CA242、CA724呈现高表达,且分期越高其表达水平越高,可为胃癌患者疾病诊断、病情评估提供数据支持,值得临床应用并予以推广。Objective:To analyze the expression of neuron specific enolase(NSE),carbohydrate antigen 50(CA50),carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242)and carbohydrate antigen 724(CA724)in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 92 gastric cancer patients admitted to Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the observation group,and 92 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of NSE,CA50,CA242 and CA724 in subjects were detected.The indexes of the two groups and among patients at different stages in the observation group were compared.Results:The levels of NSE,CA50,CA242 and CA724 in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.001).The levels of NSE,CA50,CA242 and CA724 in stageⅣpatients were higher than those in stagesⅠ,ⅡandⅢpatients,the levels of NSE,CA50,CA242 and CA724 in stageⅢpatients were higher than those in stagesⅠandⅡpatients,and the levels of NSE,CA50,CA242 and CA724 in stageⅡpatients were higher than those in stagesⅠpatients(P<0.05).Conclusion:NSE,CA50,CA242 and CA724 are highly expressed in patients with gastric cancer,and a higher stage indicates a higher expression level,which can provide data support for the disease diagnosis and evaluation of gastric cancer patients,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
