沙门菌检验中不同培养基的检测效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较沙门菌检验中不同培养基的检测效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年6月于盐城市疾病预防控制中心行沙门菌检验的100例急性腹泻患者作为研究对象,均进行沙门菌显色培养基、肠道病菌培养用(HE)琼脂培养基、木糖赖氨酸脱氧胆盐(XLD)琼脂培养基培养。以分离培养结果为“金标准”,比较沙门菌显色培养基、HE琼脂培养基、XLD琼脂培养基检验沙门菌的敏感度、特异度、准确度及不同培养基培养检测沙门菌的结果与分离培养结果的一致性。结果:沙门菌显色培养基培养检测沙门菌的敏感度、特异度、准确度高于HE琼脂培养基、XLD琼脂培养基(P<0.05)。沙门菌显色培养基培养结果与分离培养结果的一致性良好(Kappa值为0.712),HE琼脂培养基、XLD琼脂培养基培养结果与分离培养结果的一致性尚可(Kappa值分别为0.512、0.521)。结论:沙门菌显色培养基培养在沙门菌检验中的应用价值较高,可在临床应用并推广。Objective:To compare the detection effect of different culture media in Salmonella test.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute diarrhea who underwent Salmonella test at Yancheng Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients underwent the culture using Salmonella chromogenic medium,Hektoen Enteric(HE)agar medium for intestinal pathogenic bacterial culture,and xylose lysine deoxycholate(XLD)agar medium.The isolated culture results were used as the"gold standard"to compare the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of Salmonella chromogenic medium,HE agar medium and XLD agar medium in Salmonella test,and the consistency between Salmonella test results using different culture media and the isolated culture results.Results:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of Salmonella chromogenic medium culture were higher than those of HE agar medium and XLD agar medium(P<0.05).The culture results of Salmonella chromogenic medium were well consistent with the isolated culture results(Kappa value was 0.712),and the culture results of HE agar medium and XLD agar medium were fairly consistent with the isolated culture results(Kappa values were 0.512 and 0.521,respectively).Conclusion:Salmonella chromogenic medium culture has high application value in the Salmonella test,and can be applied and promoted in clinical practice.
