整合式护理联合急诊绿色通道护理在心肌梗死患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨整合式护理联合急诊绿色通道护理在心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2024年10月泰州市第三人民医院急诊科收治的心肌梗死患者70例进行研究,随机分为两组。常规组(35例)实施急诊绿色通道护理,试验组(35例)在常规组基础上实施整合式护理。对比两组急救效率、不良事件发生率和护理满意度。结果:试验组急诊室至球囊扩张时间、急诊室至会诊时间、急诊室至导管室时间短于常规组(P<0.001)。试验组不良事件总发生率低于常规组(P=0.038)。试验组护理总满意度高于常规组(P=0.006)。结论:整合式护理联合急诊绿色通道护理在心肌梗死患者中的应用效果确切,可提升急救效率,控制不良事件,提高患者及家属护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of integrated nursing combined with emergency green channel nursing in patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 70 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to the Emergency Department of Taizhou Third People's Hospital from May 2022 to October 2024 were selected for study,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The conventional group(35 cases)implemented emergency green channel nursing,and the experimental group(35 cases)implemented integrated nursing on the basis of the conventional group.The first aid efficiency,first aid success rate,adverse event incidence and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The time from emergency room to balloon dilation,time from emergency room to consultation,and time from emergency room to catheterization room in the experimental group were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group(P=0.038).The total satisfaction rate with nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group(P=0.006).Conclusion:The application effect of integrated nursing combined with emergency green channel nursing in patients with myocardial infarction is definite,which can improve the first aid efficiency,control adverse events,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and their families.
