摘　　要：目的:探讨规范性程序式护理在ICU无创呼吸机辅助通气患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年7月—2024年6月于徐州市中心医院ICU接受无创呼吸机辅助通气70例患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为程序组(n=35)与常规组(n=35)。常规组患者接受常规护理,程序组患者接受规范性程序式护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组动脉血氧分压、动脉血氧饱和度、氧合指数升高,动脉血二氧化碳分压、吸入氧浓度、急性生理与慢性健康评分系统评分降低,且程序组改善幅度优于常规组(P<0.05)。程序组机械通气时间、ICU治疗时间、住院时间均短于常规组,并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:规范性程序式护理在ICU无创呼吸机辅助通气患者护理中的应用效果良好,可有效改善患者血气分析指标与病情,减少并发症发生风险,缩短患者治疗时间。Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized procedural nursing in the nursing of ICU patients with noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation.Methods:From July 2023 to June 2024,70 patients who received noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation in the ICU of Xuzhou Central Hospital were selected for study.They were divided into a procedural group(n=35)and a conventional group(n=35)using a random number table method.Patients in the conventional group received conventional nursing,while patients in the procedural group received standardized procedural nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen,arterial oxygen saturation and oxygenation index in the two groups increased,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide,inspired oxygen concentration,and Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation scores in two groups decreased,and the improvement in the procedural group was better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The duration of mechanical ventilation,ICU treatment and hospital stay in the procedural group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the total incidence of complications in the procedural group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized procedural nursing in the nursing of ICU patients with noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation has good effects,and can effectively improve the blood gas analysis indicators and disease condition of patients,reduce the risk of complications,and shorten the treatment time of patients.
