药品合理分类管理在医院西药房管理中的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析药品合理分类管理在医院西药房管理中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年1—12月于北京市昌平区回龙观社区卫生服务中心西药房取药的128例患者作为对照组,选取2024年1—12月取药的128例患者作为观察组。对照组实施常规西药房管理,观察组实施药品合理分类管理。比较两组患者取药等候时间、药品管理差错、患者满意度。结果:观察组平均取药等候时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组药品管理差错发生率低于对照组(P=0.017)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P=0.002)。结论:药品合理分类管理应用于医院西药房管理中,有助于缩短患者取药等候时间,降低药品管理差错发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective:To analyze the application value of rational classification and management of drugs in hospital pharmacy management.Methods:A total of 128 patients who fetched drugs in the Pharmacy of Beijing Changping District Huilongguan Community Health Service Center from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the control group,and another 128 patients who fetched drugs from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the observation group.The control group implemented routine pharmacy management,and the observation group implemented rational classification and management of drugs.The waiting time for fetching drugs,drug management errors and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The average waiting time for fetching drugs in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of drug management errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.017).The patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.002).Conclusion:The application of rational classification and management of drugs in hospital pharmacy management is helpful to shorten the waiting time of patients to fetch drugs,reduce the incidence of drug management errors,and improve patient satisfaction.
