摘　　要：颌面部骨折是常见的创伤类型,随着人们生活方式逐渐多元化,交通事故频发,其发病率逐年上升,切开复位内固定术是目前临床主要的治疗手段。由于颌面骨骼结构复杂性和手术难度系数大且具有较高的致残率,颌面部骨折患者在诊疗的过程中容易出现焦虑、抑郁、创伤后应激障碍等不良情绪,严重影响患者的康复进程和生活质量。而以往的研究往往趋向于改善躯体症状,却忽略了颌面部骨折患者的心理健康。因此,护理人员应以患者为中心,帮助患者以积极的心态面对疾病,改善其预后。本文对颌面部骨折患者的心理特征、评估工具、干预方法及应用效果进行综述,以期为改善颌面部骨折患者的心理状态提供有益的指导。Maxillofacial fracture is a common type of trauma.With the gradual diversification of people’s lifestyle and frequent traffic accidents,its incidence rate is increasing year by year.Open reduction and internal fixation is the main clinical treatment method at present.Due to the complexity of the maxillofacial bone structure and the high difficulty of surgery,as well as the high disability rate,patients with maxillofacial fractures are prone to negative emotions such as anxiety,depression,and post-traumatic stress disorder during the diagnosis and treatment process,which seriously affects their rehabilitation process and quality of life.Previous studies have tended to focus on improving physical symptoms,but have overlooked the psychological well-being of patients with maxillofacial fractures.Therefore,nursing staff should put patients at the center,help them face the disease with a positive attitude,and improve their prognosis.This article reviews the psychological characteristics,evaluation tools,intervention methods,and application effects of patients with maxillofacial fractures,in order to provide useful guidance for improving the psychological state of patients with maxillofacial fractures.
