摘 要:目的 建立蜻蜓药材中镉(Cd)、砷(As)、铅(Pb)、铜(Cu)、铬(Cr)和锡(Sn)6种重金属元素的快速检测方法,并了解市售蜻蜓药材中重金属含量。方法 用微波消解仪结合电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定4种不同产地蜻蜓药材中6种重金属的含量。结果 6种重金属元素在0~12.0μg/L内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,回收率在90.30%~118.63%,相对标准偏差为2.30%~5.73%。按照《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版)有关中药材重金属及有害元素限量标准,4个产地蜻蜓药材样品中Cu含量均超标,湖南、河南产蜻蜓药材中As、Pb含量超标,其他重金属元素皆符合限量标准。结论 通过对蜻蜓药材中6种重金属含量测定,以期为蜻蜓药材的质量控制提供依据。Objective To establish a rapid detection m ethod for six heavy metal elements,namely cadmium(Cd),arsenic(As),lead(Pb),copper(Cu),chromium(Cr)and tin(Sn),in dragonflies,and to understand the content of heavy metals in dragonflies.Methods The content of six heavy metals in four different origins of dragonfly medicinal materials was determined using a microwave digestion instrument combined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Results The linear relationship of the six heavy metal elements was good within 0-12.0μg/L,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999.The recovery rate was between 90.30%-118.63%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.30%-5.73%.According to the"Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China"(2020 edition)regarding the limit standard for heavy metals and harmful elements in traditional Chinese medicinal materials,the Cu con tent in dragonfly medicinal materials samples from four different origins exceeded the standard,while the contents of As and Pb in dragonfly medicinal materials from Hunan and Henan exceeded the standard,and other heavy metals met the limit standard.Conclusion By content determination of six heavy metals in dragonfly medicinal materials,we aim to provide a basis for quality control of dragonfly medicinal materials.
