摘  要:目的 探讨在血液制备时,采用四种不同的血液制备方法对血袋破损、离心后热合口漏及一次成浆率的影响。方法 选取山东省临沂市中心血站2020年8月至2023年6月采集的223 740袋足量全血,采用4种不同方法进行装杯、热合和离心,比较离心后4组血液在血袋破损、热合口漏、悬浮红细胞质量及一次成浆率的差异。结果 4组血液在离心后血袋破损、热合口漏、一次成浆率方面差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);4组血液悬浮红细胞质量抽检合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 新型改良热合离心法在减少离心后漏血、热合口漏,提高一次成浆率方面更优,能有效减少血液制备过程中血袋破损、热合口漏等现象的发生。Objective To investigate the effects of four different blood preparation methods on blood bag breakage,post-centrifugation thermal closure leakage and one-time plasma formation rate during blood preparation.Methods A total of 223740 bags of adequate whole blood collected by Linyi Central Blood Station in Shandong Province from August 2020 to June 2023 were selected.Four different methods were used for cupping,heat sealing and centrifugation.The differences in blood bag damage,heat seal leakage,quality of suspended red blood cells and one-time plasma yield among the four groups after centrifugation were compared.Results The differences between the four groups of blood in terms of post-centrifugation blood bag breakage,thermal closure leakage,and one-time plasma rate were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the four groups of blood in terms of the qualified rate of sampling of the quality of suspended erythrocytes was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The new modified thermal centrifugation method is more excellent in reducing post-centrifugation blood leakage and thermal closure leakage,and improving the one-time plasma formation rate,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of blood bag breakage and thermal closure leakage during blood preparation.
