针药结合加速康复外科治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后胃肠功能障碍应用举隅

摘　　要：随着医疗技术的高速发展及广大人民对健康的日益关注,近年来妇科恶性肿瘤的早期诊断率有所提升。医学指南在不断的实践与验证中日益更新,治疗手段不断丰富完善,但即便如此,手术仍是妇科良恶性肿瘤的主要治疗手段之一。在操作技术及监护水平提高的多重支持下,手术范围更为精准、广泛,但与此同时术后产生的可能影响患者康复的环节亦被业界重视,如疼痛对生活的影响、胃肠功能康复的情况、术后并发症的发生率等,因此围手术期的管理及患者术后康复情况是综合评定手术成败的重要标准。其中术后胃肠功能障碍是导致术后营养摄入障碍的重要因素,也是影响妇科肿瘤患者术后康复的重要原因之一。在辨证的过程中切忌一叶障目,手术应激创伤过后胃肠功能未恢复的情况下,如果贸然进行攻伐、泻下、通便的治疗容易导致脾胃功能进一步损伤,加重病情的变化,延缓康复的进展。在加速康复医学的理论指导下辨证加入中医药传统疗法,经络作为人体内运行气血的通道,与脏腑功能的调节密切相关,《灵枢·经脉》记载:“经脉者,所以决死生,处百病,调虚实。”通过刺激其体表对应的腧穴能调节人体的机能。同时根据患者体质在术前、术后的变化,辨证施用中药汤剂,分阶段论治,祛邪不伤本,扶正不留邪,科学地进行围手术期管理,能有效地预防并发症的发生。本文附验案1则,以资验证。With the rapid development of medical technology and the increasing concern for health of the general public,the early diagnosis rate of gynecologic malignant tumors has increased in recent years.Medical guidelines have been updated and treatment methods have been enriched and improved through continuous practice and validation,but even so,surgery is still one of the main treatments for benign and malignant gynecologic tumors.With the support of the improvement of operation technology and monitoring level,the scope of operation is more accurate and extensive,but at the same time,the links that may affect the rehabilitation of patients after operation are also paid attention to by the industry.Such as the influence of pain on life,the recovery of gastrointestinal function,the incidence of pos toperative complications,etc.Therefore,the management of the perioperative period and the patient’s postoperative recovery is an important criterion to comprehensively assess the success or failure of the surgery.Among them,postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction is an important factor leading to postoperative nutritional intake disorder,and it is also one of the important reasons affecting postoperative rehabilitation of gynecological tumor patients.In the process of dialectics,it is important to avoid being blinded by one leaf.If the gastrointestinal function does not recover after surgical stress trauma,hasty treatment such as attacking,diarrhea,and defecation can easily lead to further damage to the spleen and stomach function,aggravate the changes in the condition,and delay the progress of recovery.Under the theoretical guidance of accelerated rehabilitation medicine,traditional Chinese medicine therapy is dialectically incorporated.Meridians,as the channels for the circulation of qi and blood in the human body,are closely related to the regulation of organ functions.The Lingshu Meridians records that"meridians cause survival and death,treat various diseases, and regulate deficiency and excess" by stimulating the co
