五倍子方中药熏洗联合耳穴压籽治疗产后痔疮的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨在产后痔疮患者中应用五倍子方中药熏洗联合耳穴压籽的效果。方法 纳入2023年7月至2024年6月南宁市第八人民医院的200例产后痔疮患者,经随机数表法分为常规组与研究组,每组各100例。予以常规组50%硫酸镁湿敷+马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗,研究组在此基础上应用五倍子方中药熏洗联合耳穴压籽。比较两组疗效、痔疮水肿评分、痔疮直径及疼痛情况。结果 研究组总有效率为97.00%,较常规组86.00%高(P <0.05);研究组产后24、48、72 h痔疮水肿评分低于常规组,痔疮直径小于常规组(P <0.05);研究组产后24、48、72 h的痔疮视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于常规组(P <0.05)。结论 对产后痔疮患者应用五倍子方中药熏洗联合耳穴压籽可获得较理想疗效,以减轻痔疮水肿情况,显著控制病情,从而缓解疼痛,应用价值较高。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Chinese materia medica of fumigation and soaking with Chinese gallnut formula combined with seeds pressing on ear acupoints in the treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 200 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhoids admitted to Nanning Eighth People’s Hospital from July 2023 to June 2024 were included and divided into the conventional group(n=100)and the study group(n=100)according to the random number table method.The conventional group was treated with 50%magnesium sulfate wet compress combined with Ma Yinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment,while the study group was treated with Chinese materia medica of fumigation and soaking with Chinese gallnut formula combined with seeds pressing on ear acupoints on the basis of the former group.The therapeutic efficacy,hemorrhoid edema score,hemorrhoid diameter and situation of pain were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of the study group was 97.00%,higher than 86.00%of the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The hemorrhoid edema scores of the study group at 24,48 and 72 hours postpartum were lower than those of the conventional group,and the hemorrhoid diameters were smaller than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of hemorrhoids in the study group at 24,48 and 72 hours postpartum were all lower than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese materia medica of fumigation and soaking with Chinese gallnut formula combined with seeds pressing on ear acupoints can achieve relatively ideal therapeutic efficacy on patients with postpartum hemorrhoids,so as to reduce the hemorrhoid edema,significantly control the disease,and thus relieve pain,which has higher application value.
