基于温阳立论穴位贴敷改善肿瘤患者化疗后呕吐症状的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 分析研究川派名医陆干甫温阳立论穴位贴敷对肿瘤患者化疗后呕吐症状的改善效果。方法 选取四川省第二中医医院肿瘤病房2023年4月至2024年1月收治化疗后伴有呕吐症状患者60例为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者实施常规方法治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上联合陆氏温阳穴位贴敷治疗,观察两组患者连续干预治疗7 d后恶心、急性呕吐、迟发性呕吐的发生率,控制化疗所致的恶心呕吐(CINV)的有效性和安全性。结果 经治疗,治疗组患者恶心、呕吐发生情况,CINV控制有效率及治疗有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 给予化疗后出现呕吐、恶心症状的肿瘤患者实施给予陆干甫温阳立论穴位贴敷治疗可改善患者不良反应,提升整体疗效,为治疗此类患者提供了新思路。Objective To analyze and study the improvement effect of Lu Ganfu,a famous Sichuan doctor,on vomiting symptoms in cancer patients after chemotherapy based on the theory of warming yang.Methods A total of 60 patients with vomiting symptoms after chemotherapy admitted to the Oncology Ward of Sichuan Second Hospital of TCM from April 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group patients received conventional treatment,while the treatment group patients received combined treatment with Lu’s Wenyang acupoint application on the basis of the former conventional treatment.The incidence of nausea,acute vomiting,and delayed vomiting was observed in both groups after 7 days of continuous intervention treatment,and the effectiveness and safety of controlling chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)were evaluated.Results After treatment,the incidence of nausea and vomiting,the effective rate of CINV,and the effective rate of antiemetic treatment in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating cancer patients with vomiting and nausea symptoms after chemotherapy with Lu Ganfu’s acupoint application based on the theory of warming yang can improve adverse reactions and enhance overall efficacy,providing new ideas for the treatment of such patients.
