“虚劳干血”理论指导下复元活血汤合大黄[庶虫]虫丸对乳腺癌癌因性疲乏的干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究“虚劳干血”理论指导下复元活血汤合大黄[庶虫]虫丸对乳腺癌癌因性疲乏的干预效果。方法抽中240例被确诊为乳腺癌癌因性疲乏的患者按随机数字表分为两组,参考组120例予以化疗及相应对症治疗,研究组120例使用复元活血汤合大黄[庶虫]虫丸治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率95.83%(115/120)高于参考组(75.00%,90/120),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组与参考组疲乏程度对比,研究组低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组与参考组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)对比,研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)高于参考组,CD8^(+)低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组与参考组血清细胞因子水平对比,研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)低于参考组,白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、干扰-γ(IFN-γ)高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌癌因性疲乏患者通过复元活血汤合大黄[庶虫]虫丸治疗后,能有效改善患者的癌因性疲乏症状,减轻机体炎性反应,提高机体免疫功能,临床应用价值较高。Objective To study the intervention effect of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction(复元活血汤)combined with Dahuang Zhechong Pill(大黄[庶虫]虫丸)on cancer-induced fatigue of breast cancer under the guidance of exhaustion and dry blood theory.Methods A total of 240 patients diagnosed as breast cancer fatigue were divided into two groups according to the random number table,120 patients in the reference group were treated with chemotherapy and corresponding symptomatic treatment,and 120 patients in the study group were treated with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with Dahuang Zhechong Pill.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Results Compared with that of the reference group,the total effective rate of the study group was 95.83%(115/120),which was higher than that of the reference group(75.00%,90/120),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fatigue degree of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with those of the reference group,the serum levels of TNF-αand IL-4 in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γwere higher in the study group with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction and Dahuang Zhechong Pill can effectively relieve the symptoms of cancer fatigue,reduce the inflammatory response and improve the immune function of the body,with high clinical application value.
