摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭发病率高、预后差,是威胁人类生命健康和生活质量的重大慢性病。在本病进程中,终末期顽固性水钠潴留和利尿剂抵抗是目前亟须攻克的重点和难点。“汗为心之液”理论出自中医经典《黄帝内经》,指出了汗与心脏的密切关系,不仅解释了心力衰竭患者多伴汗出异常的临床现象,也为水钠潴留的患者提供了解决问题的思路。通过阐述“汗为心之液”的理论内涵,溯源汗法治疗慢性心力衰竭的作用机理及中、西医学的临床应用,以期为心力衰竭的临床治疗提供新的启示。Chronic heart failure is a serious chronic disease with high incidence and poor prognosis,which threatens human health and quality of life.In the course of the disease,end-stage refractory water and sodium retention and diuretic resistance are the key and difficult points to be overcome urgently.The theory of"sweat being the liquid of the heart"comes from the traditional Chinese medicine classic Huangdi Neijing,which points out the close relationship between sweat and the heart.It not only explains the clinical phenomenon of abnormal sweating in patients with heart failure,but also provides a solution to the problem for patients with water and sodium retention.This article expounds the theoretical connotation of"sweat being the liquid of the heart",traces the mechanism of action of sweat method in the treatment of chronic heart failure and the clinical application of Chinese and western medicine,in order to provide new enlightenment for the clinical treatment of heart failure.
