增液汤加减联合二甲双胍治疗对阴虚内热证2型糖尿病患者血糖指标及炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究增液汤加减联合二甲双胍治疗对阴虚内热证2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖指标及炎性因子水平的影响。方法纳入90例阴虚内热证T2DM患者,随机将其分为对照组(n=45)、观察组(n=45)。对照组应用盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,观察组行增液汤加减联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗3个月后,比较两组的血糖指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]和炎性因子[血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平。结果治疗前,两组各项血糖指标、炎性因子水平差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组FBG、2h PBG、HbA1c、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论增液汤加减联合二甲双胍治疗能够有效改善阴虚内热证T2DM患者的血糖指标,降低炎性因子水平。Objective To investigate the effects of modified fluid-generating decoction combined with metformin on blood glucose indexes and inflammatory factor levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients with Yin deficiencyinduced internal heat pattern.Methods A total of 90 T2DM patients with Yin deficiency-induced internal heat pattern were included and were randomly divided into a control group(n=45)or an observation group(n=45).The control group was treated with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets,and the observation group was treated with modified fluid-generating decoction combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets.Before treatment and after 3 months of treatment,the levels of blood glucose indexes(fasting blood glucose[FBG],2-hour postprandial blood glucose[2h PBG],and glycosylated hemoglobin[HbA1c])and inflammatory factors(serum C-reactive protein[CRP],interleukin-6[IL-6],and tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α])were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the blood glucose index or inflammatory factor level between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of FBG,2h PBG,HbA1c,CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αin the two groups decreased as compared with those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Modified fluid-generating decoction combined with metformin can effectively ameliorate the blood glucose indexes and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in T2DM patients with Yin deficiency-induced internal heat pattern.
