摘　　要：通过对针灸器具创新研发及新用途的相关文献进行挖掘,梳理创新针具的研发及新用途现状,总结创新主要切入点,发现目前新型针具的研发逐渐向多学科交叉的方向发展,新用途逐渐向除针灸以外的新领域迈进,提出针具的创新应充分考虑临床需求,在多学科、多领域交叉融合的基础上,应朝着注重临床疗效性、考虑医患体验感、适应针灸学科新发展、融合多种功能一体化的“医工结合”方向发展。Based on the relevant literature of innovative research and development and new uses of acupuncture implements,the current situation of research and development and new uses of innovative acupuncture implements is sorted out,and the main entry points of innovation are summarized.It is found that the research and development of new acupuncture implements is gradually developing in the direction of multidisciplinary intersection,and the new uses are gradually moving towards new fields except acupuncture.It is proposed that the innovation of acupuncture should fully consider the clinical needs,and on the basis of multidisciplinary and multi-field cross-integration,it should be developed in the direction of“medical-engineering integration”that focuses on clinical efficiency,considers the doctor-patient experience,adapts to the new development of acupuncture and moxibustion discipline,and integrates multiple functions.
