摘　　要：马鸿斌主任医师认为紫癜性肾炎的病因病机为本虚标实,由素体亏虚,风热犯肺所致,治疗上以疏风散邪、清热凉血为治则,秉持整体观念,辨证用药,随证加减,效果显著。现就马鸿斌主任医师治疗风热伤肺型紫癜性肾炎的经验介绍如下,并附验案加以佐证,以期进一步为临床提供新思路。Ma Hongbin,chief physician that the etiology of purpura nephritis for the standard,from the body deficiency,wind-heat against the lungs due to the treatment of wind dispersal,clearing heat and cooling the blood for the treatment,upholding the overall concept of identification of the drug,with the evidence of addition and subtraction,the effect is remarkable.The experience of Chief Doctor Ma Hongbin in the treatment of wind-heat-injured lung-type purpura nephritis is described below,with cases to support,in order to further provide new ideas for the clinic.
